This week on the podcast I am joined by Helen Johnson. Helen is a Yoga teacher, studio owner and Registered Nurse. She creates specialized programs to support people through pregnancy, birth and the early years of being a parent, drawing on her experience as a health professional and a mom. Helen is passionate about designing and delivering meaningful programs that are based on experiential and scientific evidence. In this episode of the podcast, we are talking all about program trials and how to use them to create amazing yoga programs. Helen shares what a program trial is, how to use it to create successful and full yoga programs, the benefits of doing programs vs. drop-in classes, and much more.

Enjoy!
