This week on the podcast I am joined by Nate Guadagni from BoYoga. If you've been listening to the podcast for a while now, you'll remember Nate from a few months ago. We did an awesome episode on growing your business through your email list and how to get an email list of 1,000 people!

In this episode, Nate and I talk about how to grow your yoga business through serving baby boomers or people in an older population. He shares how he's grown his business this way, ways that you can start diving into this market, how teaching an older population is different than a younger market, and much more.

Enjoy!

On this episode of the podcast we talk about the spiritual side of running a business, shifting your perspective around making money, how to grow your following online through marketing and how she incorporates systems like astrology in her business, plus more.

This week on the podcast, I am joined by Shannon Crow from The Connected Yoga Teacher for a conversation on hands on assists. This conversation spurred from a prompt in my private Facebook community, Yoga Business Badasses, around the topic of doing adjustments or assists in class. Shannon commented and we decided to turn conversation into a podcast episode for everyone to enjoy!

In this episode, we discusses our thoughts and opinions on hands on assists, how to stay within scope of practice, if yoga teachers should be trained before they touch their students, why you should always make sure you have permission before you touch someone, and much more.

Enjoy!
