Mastering the Business of Yoga (M.B.Om for short) is a podcast was designed for yoga teachers who want to create a successful and sustainable career in yoga, but don't know where to start, or how to take their career to the next level. Each episode features different, successful and inspiring yoga teachers who share their experiences in the yoga world, and the business lessons they have learned throughout their careers. Guests range from full-time yoga teachers, yoga studio owners, teachers who have branched off to create their own businesses, teachers who have developed their own teacher training, and much more.

It's the most wonderful time of the year! As the end of 2022 approaches, it's time to sit down and reflect on the last year and to share what's to come in 2023. As we approach the end of 2022 and head into holiday season, it can be harder than ever to stay motivated. This is exactly where I'm at in my life and with my business right now and I've brainstormed a few tools and tips that can help maintain motivation during the holiday season. These range from my finding your why and getting clear on your goals for the end of the year, to making sure that you schedule holidays for yourself! We also discuss how to plan ahead with holiday events and work to make sure that you don't burnout.
