This week on the podcast I am joined by Meghan Pherrill from Balance by Meghan. Meghan and I had the pleasure of co-leading a retreat together in Costa Rica this past fall and we had a BLAST! While we were on retreat, Meghan led an amazing session on social media, and on this episode, she dives into some of the content that she taught. In this episode, we cover Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok and how yoga teachers can use each one to their advantage. Meghan has tips for each platform, how to optimize them, why we should be on them as a yoga teacher, and much more. Enjoy!
