M.B.Om has a new intro, is a part of a new network, and has a new sister podcast hosted by Amanda Kingsmith called Matcha Mornings!

On this bonus episode of M.B.Om, you'll get to hear the 2nd episode of Matcha Mornings on Ayurveda with Kim Fenton from Get Your Life Together Yoga.

Kim and I break down Ayurveda, including talking about what Ayurveda is, why it’s important, and how you can start implementing basic Ayurvedic practices into your life. We also talk about Doshas, how to find out your Dosha, how to balance your Doshas, and how what we’re eating, how we’re sleeping, and the rhythms of the seasons can impact our health and happiness.

Hope you enjoy!
